Performance & Visuals
Cuddly modpack is designed for high performance, utilizing mods like Sodium, Lithium, FerriteCore, Entity Culling, and others. Mods are chosen to improve speed and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and responsive Minecraft experience on a wide range of hardware.
Cuddly can improve both performance and visual quality, including support for shaders and enhanced graphics, while aiming to maintain speed. Dynamic lighting and shadows, and optimized rendering for complex structures aim to provide a smooth experience. Additional animations (NEA & Visuality, etc.), ambient & sound effects add additional visual and audio elements.
Customization and Tweaks
Zoom is configurable. Precise block placement and building tweaks are available. Schematic previews help plan builds. Overlays show light levels and chunk borders. The HUD can display inventory and armor, status effect bars include timers, hunger and saturation, information about the object you are aiming at. Maximum brightness can be boosted. The hurt camera can be disabled or its intensity set. The crafting grid gains rotate, balance, and clear actions. Navigation includes a minimap with a full screen world map, adds waypoints and automatically reveals explored areas.
This is a subset of what these mods allow. With optimization, this modpack lets you configure the game for your needs. If that is not enough, you can always add your own QoL mods.
Works Everywhere
This is a client-side modpack that works on most servers, in any worlds. It includes voice chat support, so it functions with servers that have a compatible voice chat plugin/mod. The modpack also supports gamepad usage.
Keep in mind that some features of this modpack are considered powerful by many players, and some servers may prohibit or restrict their use. Please check the server’s rules before you play.
