Crazy Hunters: Manhunt AI

Crazy Hunters is more than just a mob mod — it’s a full-scale simulation of pro Minecraft players. Their only goal is to hunt you down at any cost. These hunters don't just mindlessly chase you; they use tactics, tools, and the environment exactly like the pros in the legendary Manhunt videos.

🔥 What makes them so dangerous?

Forget everything you know about standard mobs. These hunters think, adapt, and play smart:

Wall Breakers & Builders: Think you're safe inside a box? Think again. If you tower up or hide behind walls, hunters will analyze the obstacle, pull out the correct tool (pickaxe or axe), and mine through your walls or ceiling to get to you. They also build bridges to cross gaps and pillar up to reach high places.

Pro Moves & Sabotage: They use shields to block attacks, throw Ender Pearls to close the gap, place TNT, trap you in cobwebs, and perform perfect MLG Water landings if knocked off a cliff. They will also steal valuable loot directly from your chests!

Tactical Retreat: If their health gets low, they will sprint away, find cover, and drink potions or eat Golden Apples to recover before rejoining the fight.

Paranoia Mode (Mimic Sheep): Trust no one. Normal sheep spawning in your world now have a chance to be disguised Mimics that will reveal their true form and attack when you get close.

Live Trash Talk: Each hunter has a unique name (Dream, Sapnap, George, etc.) and will actively taunt you or react to the chase directly in the game chat.

🎮 Configuration & Difficulty Modes

The mod features an easy-to-use in-game GUI menu. Press the K key (by default) to open the settings and adjust the exact number of hunters for each difficulty, as well as the spawn chance for Mimic Sheep (from 0% to 100%).

Start the Hunt via console:

/manhunt spawn <difficulty>

(Available modes: easy, normal, hard, nightmare)

Easy: For beginners. Hunters have basic iron gear and limited resources.

Normal: The classic experience. Balanced progression and item usage.

Hard: Hunters are relentless, use every trick in the book, and carry better gear.

Nightmare: Pure chaos. Hunters spawn in full Netherite gear with potions, totems, and high damage.

Stop the Hunt:

/manhunt stop (Instantly removes all active hunters from the world).

🌍 Massive Localization

The hunters are multilingual! The mod is fully translated into 10 languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese, and Korean. Chat messages automatically match your game's language settings.

This mod is a fan-made project and a tribute to the Manhunt format. The names of the hunters are used solely for atmosphere and immersion. I am not trying to insult, diminish, or disrespect these content creators in any way. All characters in this mod are game entities inspired by their personas.

⚠️ Development & Feedback

This mod is in Active Development. Since the hunter AI is highly complex and heavily overrides vanilla pathfinding, you might encounter bugs or weird behaviors. Found a bug?
